The tickets you purchase with Easyjet are not refundable. This helps Easyjet to keep the prices of their fares as cheap as possible. They have, however, made every effort to be as fair as we can when imposing fees and charges because we do recognize that occasionally, plans change and you may need to modify your reservation.
In order to modify your flight details, you must Log in under the Manage Bookings section on Easyjet’s website. The email address and password used to make the initial reservation are required. If you forget your password, don’t worry; you can reset it.
Manage Bookings allows you to:
- Alter names and correct typos
- Alter flight schedules, dates, and destinations
- Add or subtract seats
- Increase your weight allowance, add hold luggage, or use sports equipment
Spelling errors and title modifications are allowed to be fixed. Unless adjustments are already included in your fare without charge, we do charge for most other changes (see Fees & charges). Online or with our mobile app, making modifications is always more affordable.
Booking and payment confirmation
Easyjet will give you a booking confirmation with all your flight and booking information as soon as you make a reservation.
